BY PURCHASING A PRODUCT OR SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS - Upon purchasing an exclusive rights license for our instrumental(s), you are agreeing to, and electronically signing, the missing signatures on the Exclusive Beat License Agreement (Located in the product image gallery). The price of the license at checkout will be the replacement for **PRICE OF LICENSE AT CHECKOUT**, the name you are using to purchase the instrumental will be the replacement for **YOUR NAME**, the address you are using to checkout will be the replacement for **YOUR ADDRESS**, and the date of your purchase will be the replacement for **DATE OF PURCHASE**. This will create a legally binding agreement between the two parties which should be kept for future use.

PREMIUM LEASE - Upon purchasing a premium lease for our instrumental(s), you are agreeing to, and electronically signing, the missing signatures on the Premium Lease Agreement (Located in the product image gallery). The price of the license at checkout will be the replacement for **PRICE OF LICENSE AT CHECKOUT**, the name you are using to purchase the instrumental will be the replacement for **YOUR NAME**, the address you are using to checkout will be the replacement for **YOUR ADDRESS**, and the date of your purchase will be the replacement for **DATE OF PURCHASE**. This will create a legally binding agreement between the two parties which should be kept for future use.

BASIC LEASE - Upon purchasing a basic lease for our instrumental(s), you are agreeing to, and electronically signing, the missing signatures on the Basic Lease Agreement (Located in the product image gallery). The price of the license at checkout will be the replacement for **PRICE OF LICENSE AT CHECKOUT**, the name you are using to purchase the instrumental will be the replacement for **YOUR NAME**, the address you are using to checkout will be the replacement for **YOUR ADDRESS**, and the date of your purchase will be the replacement for **DATE OF PURCHASE**. This will create a legally binding agreement between the two parties which should be kept for future use.

STUDIO TIME - Upon scheduling studio time, you are agreeing to meet up at the scheduled time. The price you pay for the studio time at checkout is your deposit and is considered a retainer for the allotted time. If any rescheduling is needed, you will need to reach out to us 24 hours in advance or you will lose your deposit. The client can bring at most 4 others for their session. If using the free hour with a mix deal, hours cannot be saved for another session.

MIXING - Upon ordering our mixing services, you are agreeing to send stems (unless the track was recorded in our studio) to 1 track to get mixed. There is no time limit for how much time we will have to mix the track (as we want to provide the best quality possible) but we will generally deliver the track as a lossless .WAV file in less than 3 weeks. We don't send in mixes until we believe it sounds as good as possible, so any reviews with new recommendations are going to be $25 extra. If using the free hour with a mix deal, hours cannot be saved for another session.

SUBSCRIPTIONS -  "Serenity Records Studios" provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account. Hours and mixes in regards to the "SRS Subscription Plans" will NOT roll over into the next month.
