Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. There will be no refunds or returns on any products or services. If you need to reschedule your studio session, email or text us at least 24 hours in advance in order to not lose the full deposit. The only time you'll receive a refund is if you license an instrumental right after someone bought the exclusive rights for it (and before we were able to take it off the site) or if an item you ordered came in damaged.

 

In the case that a refund will be processed for orders purchased with CREDIT CARDS, the client who is asking for the refund will take responsibility for handling the credit card fee associated with these type of purchases. This fee will NOT be paid for by Serenity Records Studios.
